When I get up in the morning the oven light is on. Causing the oven to get warm. This seems to be a common complaint with this oven.

The first time I cleaned the outside of the oven, I ripped my finger open with a bad cut from the razor-sharp edge of the lower vent cover. I am thankful that stitches were not needed, but it was a deep cut about one inch long and painful. The lower vent cover is a metal piece running below the oven door, apparently covering a vent. THIS IS DANGEROUS AND A BAD DESIGN FEATURE!! There is no warning whatsoever, nor is there any reason that a person would suspect that there is a sharp edge at this position. Jenn-Air, please fix this design. (Making the edge blunt instead of sharp would help.)

I purchased this new cooktop after researching for 2 months. It is amazing and I am so happy with my purchase. It is very high quality, with powerful burners and low simmer controls, making it easy to cook with just the right temperature. I love having the controls on the side, food doesn't drip over them, which makes

I am thrilled with my Jenn-Air purchases--the conventional/convection microwave, conventional/convection oversized single oven and the cream cooktop, all in stainless. It gives my kitchen a more contemporary feel. I purchased my appliances from Ed Kellum in Dallas. The salesman was a pleasure to work with.

Getting an error code and we have to keep flipping the breaker to reset it. Just installed the week before thanksgiving. So dispoainited this is the second appliance from Jen air that is giving us trouble we bought 5 in total. 2/5 is not impressive.

I can set the oven on 350 degrees, and it heats to that temperature, but after 10- 20 minutes the temp drops 20-30 degrees. The items to be baked don't get done.

I am in love with this oven! One of our roasting staples is vegetables...we're trying to eat healthy. My first batch of assorted root vegetables came out AMAZING! I got an even, perfect roast with no burnt edges. Thank you JennAir. Although it is a beautiful addition to my kitchen...it's not just another pretty oven!

Have only used the oven once so far--kitchen remodel not complete. Was slow to warm up and took a long time to cool off. Only gave it a four star because I haven't really had time to use it.

I've had this wall oven for about 3 weeks. The display is easy to understand and use, and the convection bake and roast features cook beautifully. The interior is large. My only complaint is that it takes about 12-15 minutes to pre-heat.

New display panel is a plus and the unit heats evenly and thoroughly. We had a small design issue where the door panel came unhinged and caused the unit fan to run constantly for several hours. A simple fix with a screw solved the problem and have not had a problem since. I wish the timer and alert notification bell was louder so I could hear it in another room.

We have recently renovated our kitchen and a wall oven was on the list. This oven is front and center so its good looks were paramount to us. Surprise...it really functions well. This Jenn-air replaced a GE. The difference is amazing. The temperate apparently is the same in the front of the oven as the back. The results are perfect baked goods. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

We had to replace our 20-year-old Jenn-Air wall oven (which we have installed under the counter). I didn't want to reconfigure our kitchen and was terrified the new oven wouldn't fit correctly. I went to several showrooms to compare products. I researched all the brands within our price range and finally chose another Jenn-Air. I liked its features and style. I cook homemade meals virtually everyday, so I really had to be happy with my choice. It was very easy to learn to use. It's very quiet. As a fun feature, you can select a photograph display behind the clock to coordinate with the season or a party theme. My daughter loves showing that to our guests. I can only hope this oven lasts as long as our old one. I would definitely recommend this model. P.S. I just have one question: Do you have a recommendation as to what to use to clean the glass in the interior of the oven? I don't want to scratch it. Please e-mail me. Thanks!

We love our new wall oven. Originally, we had ordered a double-oven as part of our kitchen renovation. When we learned that we would need to make some major electrical upgrades to accomodate the double-oven, we chose to just keep the single wall oven. Much to our surprise, there was plenty of room for cooking in the single model that we ordered. Much more than we had in our previous model that we replaced. We are very happy with our choice.

I bought this oven in April 2015. Builder did not install until August 2015. Used oven very seldom until Thanksgiving. Started baking and cooking Wednesday at 9pm non-stop until 11:30 am next morning, Thanksgiving Day. Wow! When my husband went to reheat his plate; message on the oven said installation and wiring problems; would not heat. Nope, not so, the electrician came and all was good. Special jenn air tech came and supposedly it has 3 elements, one could be bad; but he reset oven, several times, messed with the computer for awhile, and wala, the message went off. Soooo, it is still on my floor, waiting for the electrician and cabinetmaker to reinstall. This is/was my experience with my brand new jenn air single oven.

I purchased this oven by accident when shopping for a refrigerator.So, I bought both!! My appliances were going out all at the same time from a lightning strike.The stainless steel is beautiful I love all the options for different cooking modes. Convection, warmer, special baking modes, etc. It's so easy and fun, I use it every day! The lighting at night is perfect in my kitchen. The clock is wonderful and "dings"on every quarter hour. The best thing I love is that I can't feel heat from the oven when it's on. No heating up my kitchen! Thanks Jenn -Air. Angie
