Morehouse Appliances sent a knowledgeable service man to fix our refrigerator. He spent a great deal of time removing shelving and panels. He was very patient and considerate. Would highly recommend them for all appliance needs.

First time visiting this place and we are happy buying a refrigerator. When entering the store we got helped, but not pushed. After a few minutes our questions were asked and we ordered. The delivery people did an excellent job. We recommend this local business and will be here for sure if anything comes up. Good selection.

We purchased a front-loading GE washer. The sales person was very knowledgeable about all the features this washer offered, as well as the others which we were considering. While we initially chose another brand, he understood our need for a washer with an accessible filter, and steered us to the only one which boasted that feature. We’re very happy with our choice. We would rate the experience 5 stars, but there was a delay in delivery due to an employee’s injury and the weather. They did go out of their way to accommodate our availability for delivery, however, and the installation person, who we’ve met before, is extremely competent and a peach.

The customer service is fantastic delivery drivers are so sweet installing your products they even clean up the mess so I highly recommend anyone to Morehouse Appliances plus not to mention just love my new refrigerator that was recently purchased from your store yesterday thanks Morehouse for putting the rush order so fast on my delivery for today if it wasn’t for my best friend I wouldn’t have a refrigerator tonight because of my Frigidaire refrigerator quitting on me so thank you so very much I’ll definitely be coming back again in the future 5 stars from me.

From the purchase to the delivery everything went very smoothly. We were helped the moment we walked in the door and because our refrigerator was broken we were desperate to get delivery quickly. Our new fridge was delivered flawlessly and our old one was removed with no issues. I would recommend Morehouse over and over again!!

Joe and Aiden were excellent as far as removing old appliances and putting in our new appliances. We bought a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher. Had a great experience at Morehouse shopping for a refrigerator and stove/hood, Hayden spent hours with us, was very patient and helpful . He researched appliances that would fit our space. Chris came to the house to determine if everything would fit. Joe and Aiden installed the appliances perfectly. They were timely, professional and friendly. Very careful with the appliances. We had a concern about the freezer temp. Chris arranged for Adam to stop by. He was helpful and informative. Determined that things were fine. I highly recommend Morehouse. Andrew, Tony (Sensitive Information Hidden) and Chris (Sensitive Information Hidden) made my daunting hunt and determination happen without added expense. Who knew my search for a white kitchen range would be so difficult? When the oven in my 20+ year old range broke two days before Christmas, the hunt began. While I didn’t get a new stove before Christmas, the end result was phenomenal. After checking in or talking with all the big box stores in 3 counties, I took a chance only a half hour before closing time at Morehouse Appliance in New Hartford and couldn’t be more satisfied with my new kitchen range. Purchased at no added expense for white (who knew?!). I can’t say enough good about this appliance store. They had the answer to every question I asked and made my (stubbornly only option) white come true. Thank you most sincerely gentlemen for a job well done.
