Return Policy
Morehouse Appliances is committed to your satisfaction. If a return is necessary, your sales associate can help facilitate the return. Policies and procedures for obtaining a return authorization vary based on the reason for return. See below for more information.
Damaged Products: Inspect your product for damage at the time of delivery. If damaged, the delivery team may be able to make arrangements to your satisfaction or you can call the store for additional assistance. Defective Products: Most of our products include a one-year parts and labor warranty. See your product literature or speak with one of our product experts for details. If your product does not function as expected, please contact our service department for assistance. Generally, manufacturers require a service call to determine the cause of the problem.
Products that do not fit: Product that does not fit upon delivery may be subject to return, restock, pickup and delivery fees. Please check the space and utilities where your new appliance will go to be sure it will fit. Also check doors and other area that may prevent us from delivering or installing your new appliance.
Other Returns: New unopened product in the original box may be returned within 30 days of the date you receive the product subject to a 10% restocking fee. Special orders or products that have been converted or modified, either by us or by you, cannot be returned under any circumstance.
The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.
