The refrigerator that I purchased at Morehouse three years ago had begun to leak water from the bottom of the freezer door. After a conversation with a staff member, the cause of the leak was determined and arrangements were made for the repair which was done without charge. The technician who came to the house to make the repair was courteous, very knowledgeable and highly professional. I have always been pleased and impressed by those same qualities in the staff at the store, the delivery and installation men who brought my applicances to the house after purchase. In fact, all of my appliances come from Morehouse - refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer.
I've already written a Facebook review about the reasons I am happy with Morehouse and my new GE profile gas range. This review is for a different reason... a follow up service call. A couple of days after our stove was delivered I stopped by Morehouse to ask a "how to" question about something I was not sure of about the new stove. The next day Dave Morehouse himself came to our house to show us how to resolve the issue. That does NOT happen with a big box store!
Had to learn the hard way. Called Appliance Repair only to get charged $300 and still did not fix my refrigerator. Then I thought lets see if Morehouse has a repair service. This is where I purchased the refrigerator in the first place. The service rep. was able to find the problem in a short time order the part and correct the problem. Excellent service!

We had purchased a refrigerator and the Jenn-Air range hood from Moorehouse and are very satisfied. We had purchased our 48" pro style Jenn-Air gas range some where else 4 years ago. Warranty ran out and the left oven stopped working. Adam from Moorehouse came out to our home several times to work on solving the problem. which appeared elusive since Jenn-Air didn't have a answer on what could be wrong. Non the less Adam pulled through and fixed our Range. Thank you Adam! All the staff at Morehouse Appliances are very professional,Knolageble and curious. We know where we will be buying our next appliance, Moorehouse Appliances.
Anyone can sell you an appliance. So far, after several disappointments with other retailers, Morehouse stands alone for sending qualified technicians who can actually make the repair. The delivery folks are equally professional. I won't be buying an appliance anywhere else now.
The repairmen who came to our house today was stellar. Smart, friendly and informative...a great goodwill ambassador. Hang on to him!
Our stove was not working and we called the store where we purchased it and they gave us the run around for over a week. I told them to forget about and I called Morehouse. Even though we didn't purchase the stove from them, we were given a solution to try. We tried it and it fixed the problem. Moreshouse saved us a service fee plus parts. They could have come over and did what they told us to try. I would highly recommend Morehouse for puchases and repairs.
Just had my wolf induction range serviced recently. We greatly appreciated them coming out to fix it before Christmas. They found out what the problem was and it was fixed in no time. Thanks again.
I needed a service call on a maytag refrigerator. The service charge was $40 less than another local dealer, they were helpful on the phone, gave a 2 hour window service time and called 15 minutes before they came so I did not have to wait at the house. They quoted me a price for the repair and it when the part came in that's exactly what they charged me. Professional, punctual and pleasant. I will call them again.
Had our 8 yr old Amana refrigerator repaired by Morehouse Appliances(also purchased it there). Communication was easy, the repairman was there when he said he would be and the fridge was repaired in the cost window they quoted.
